The resort has about 72 rooms and suites with wooden interiors and balconies over the tea slopes, several restaurants using regional produce, a Jiva spa and an indoor heated pool.
It is the most complete modern luxury option in the Darjeeling hills, and much closer to the airport than Darjeeling town. Activities include tea trails, tastings and forest walks; guests can also visit Kurseong's station, Giddapahar and Dow Hill. It suits travellers who want reliable five-star comfort with a tea-country setting. Book early for spring and autumn, when the estate is at its most active.

Kurseong
Kurseong is a small hill town at about 1,480 m, 32 km below Darjeeling and 34 km above Siliguri. The Darjeeling Himalayan Railway is headquartered here, and famous tea estates such as Makaibari and Castleton surround it. Stay 1–2 nights for tea walks, Dow Hill forest and the Netaji museum.
